CENTRAL EUROPE. Ubii (?). 1st century BC. Stater (Electrum, 17 mm, 5.89 g), 'Regenbogenschüsselchen, Mardorf' type. Triskeles within a torc-shaped wreath with a pellet-in-annulet at each end. Rev. Eight annulets, five with pellets within them, three with an annulet; around, zigzag ornament. Flesche 403. Kappel, Mardorf pl. 17, 17-19. Kellner, Manching type IX B. SLM 1099. Lightly toned and well struck. Good very fine.
